Male Breast Reduction - 3 Lies Your Doctor Told You

So you are concerned and embarrassed over the fatty look of your chest, and you don't understand how you can have male breasts when you aren't even obese. It is actually a lot more common than most people think and thats why male breast reduction surgery has been increasing year after year.

Being embarrassed by having to take your shirt off during a shirts vs skins game, for the first time in front of a woman, or on the beach, leaves men running into the arms of the first male breast reduction specialist they can find. And who could blame you.

But you must do yourself a favor, and ask if what you are doing is out of desperation or out of smarts. The smart thing to do is use your embarrassment as a motivation and figure out the smartest, quickest, and safest way you can reduce male breasts.

The first lie the doctor tells you

The first lie is that this problem will go away. Most men with gynecomastia go during their teenage years to figure out what is going on with their chests, and the doctor tells them it is your body adjusting and growing and it will go away on its own. The truth is that it can go away, but only if you know the right things to do.

Those years are the most hormonally charged years in a man's life and those hormones are the main culprit to fatty male breast tissue causing a fatty chest. During a mans 20's their hormones begin leveling off and settling down. But most of the time the fatty chest does not go away. Why?

Well things like diet and proper nutrition are a big issue. The massive amounts of chemically processed foods are a big cause for the increasing numbers of male breast reduction surgery.

What these chemicals do is throw off a persons natural hormone balance out of control. The perfect example is with soy based products that produce estrogen mimicking hormones. As a man, do you think that estrogen mimicking hormones are things that might aid male breast tissue? Well, how about hormone injected chicken or milk?

The second lie the doctor tells you

If you exercise and eat right you will lose the fatty chest. Well, thats yes and no. Yes, in the case of the man who has a fatty chest because of obesity this it true. But considering half of the men getting gynecomastia surgery are not obese, and some of them actually pretty thin and athletic, how could that be the case?

The answer is in the types of food you eat. Again, knowing about the chemicals in food, and what these chemicals do to your hormone levels is the key to not only getting rid of male breasts but getting rid of them forever.

The third lie the doctor tells you

The only option you have is to surgically remove the fatty breast tissue and that will solve it for good. Although surgery is an option, it should be treated as a last resort. Because they remove the nipples during surgery, it can leave you with a flatter more disfigured looking chest where one nipple is substantially disproportionate to the other. It can also leave you with massive scarring which substitutes of embarrassment when you take your shirt off for another.

Not only is surgery an aesthetically risky thing to do, it doesn't guarantee that they wont return. Remember, the main culprit here is hormone levels, and last I checked hormones could not be surgically removed. So why pay $3,000-$5,000 to do a procedure that has a risk of disfigurement, and is not permanent?
